Welcome to Pot to Plates Kitchen, Today i am going to show how to make delicious restaurant style chilli Paneer. I have provided the ingredients required in the description box, Please take a look before start preparing the recipe. We have announcement give away in our channel, this is the fifth Giveaway video. In a mixing bowl, take 3 tbsp cor flour, 4 tbsp Maida, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Pepper powder, salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & mix it initially without adding water. Add little bit of water & mix it well to make a batter. Do not add more water, it should be in dosa batter consistency.If it becomes watery, wont coat with Paneer. Take 400 grams Paneer, Slice them into little cubes as per your requirement. Dip the Paneer in batter & coat it completely. In a heated oil fry the Paneer. Do not mix it with spatula initially otherwise batter will peel off from the Paneer. After 2 mins frying turn it over using spatula. I have already uploaded lot of Paneer recipes in our channel. Video Link provided in the description. Check & make use of it. Once Paneer is fried well, Take it out of oil & keep it aside. This can be eaten directly too. Children will like this a lot. In a heated Pan, add 2 tbsp oil once it is heated, add 2 inch finely chopped Ginger, 5 finely chopped garlic cloves & 3 green chillies & saute well. Add Finely chopped white portion of Spring onion & saute for 1 min. Add 1 diced onion ,1 diced capsicum ( add different colour if you have) & saute well. Add little salt required for vegetables & saute well. We are going to add sauces that also contain salts. So add salt accordingly. When Vegetables cooked to half consistency, add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce & saute well. Add 1/2 tsp Pepper powder, 1/2 tsp Sugar & saute well. Sugar acts as a taste enhancer. In a bowl take 1 tbsp corn flour & add 1/4 cup water to dilute it. Add it to the Vegetables & mix it well. Add the fried Paneer to this & saute it for 5 mins in high flame. Sauce should be mixed & coated well on the Paneer. Finally add finely chopped Spring onion to this & mix it well & switch off the flame. Delicious Restaurant Style Chilli Paneer is ready. This is very easy to prepare at home.
