  6. Another great video Jesse. Hope you don't mind me sharing with my students on facebook, during current isolation, it's hard to keep them interested in training,

  7. I do 30 seiken relaxed
    Then a 100 focused seiken thrusts
    Then squats or horse stance held for 30 secs for a min.
    Then 15-20 knuckle pushups.
    Then I may freestyle or throw kicks for 3 mins down a line.
    Then another set of pushups!
    Rinse and repeat

  26. thanks for posting. Some really nice ideas here we will have to borrow! Training at home is one thing – in a hotel room during travel is another. I think these really work great if you can't make much noise or don't have much space. Such a different context than training solo but in an open space.

  27. Me as an introvert is actually enjoying the quarantine bc now i got time to work on myself properly! It does suck that training is cancelled tho.. But these exercises are rlly great even tho i practice a slightly different martial arts (shaolin kempo) I realized that i rlly need to work on strength in my legs for kicks, i can kick high but not hold them. Thanks for the video!

  28. Question about leg mobility: is there any exercise you recommend to do daily so that I can cut my own toes within a month?
    (Iยดm only half-joking, I can sit with crossed legs, or split my legs far enough to almost cover an entire tatami, but I got tight hamstrings and struggle sitting upright with my legs extended, or squat with my heels down; similarly, I cannot sit with my feet next to my butt and my feet pointing outwards).
    Secondly, I struggle with the correct form for the push-kick. I can perform it hitting with my heel, but I canยดt really stretch my foot and toes to hit with the spot under my toes.

  29. Well, could i apply this to WT-Style or Kukkiwon-Style Tae Kwon Do ?. Because, these kicks and punches are quite similar to Kukkiwon-Style or ITF-style Tae Kwon Do.

  31. Gr8 quarantine workout, but where do you get such clean and neat homes ,my room is a total mess,along with workout, now will try cleaning my room also as we are in complete lockdown……๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œlet those videos keep coming.

  33. Great little video Jessie! Although wish I could brush up on Empi kata and all the other kata's but unfortunately it's entirely out the question bro as I have no room. It's also good to take advantage of rising block such as age-uke, elbow block such as empi uke from Heian sandan and Yondan for eg. Gedan Barai, Haiwan uke, gedan morote barai (sweeping low block) (open-palm rising block), kaisho haiwan uke aswell as all you're kicks, punches and stances etc. Keep remaining focused and strong Jessie and to all my fellow subscribers and viewer's, and as we all keep saying, 'keep you're guard up' and we will all get through this guys!     And please I have a question for you and for anyone who can answer please I need some exercises for abdomens at home as you see most of them needs your back on the ground and without a soft ground it hurts and makes exercises harder and it's hard in bed as well because it's not stable enough to work
